Use of the Service

You may use InsightEstate.CA for lawful personal, professional, or business research purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including property addresses and contact details.

Accounts and Authentication

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. We may use Clerk, Google OAuth, and related authentication providers to verify your identity and manage sessions.

PropertyLens Reports

PropertyLens reports are generated from public data, market analysis, automated research, and reasonable interpretation. Reports are provided for general informational and research purposes only.

InsightEstate.CA does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, real estate brokerage, appraisal, inspection, mortgage, or insurance advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making real estate, financial, or legal decisions.

Free Member Access and Historical Billing

• PropertyLens is currently available to all registered members at no charge and does not deduct report credits.
• New PropertyLens purchases and subscriptions are not offered. The former Stripe checkout has been retired.
• Historical orders, credits, subscriptions, refunds, and payment records remain subject to the terms in effect when the transaction occurred.
• Historical payment processing was handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Questions about an existing historical payment, refund, duplicate charge, or subscription should be raised with customer support for review.

Promoter Pages and Referral Rewards

• Eligible Promoter accounts may create one public invitation page with a unique code, subject to availability and reserved-path restrictions.
• New members who sign up through an active promoter page may be classified as Estate Agent accounts and can use PropertyLens under the same free member access terms.
• Referral attribution is based on the valid referral link and cookie present during first account creation. Existing accounts are not eligible for retroactive attribution.
• Historical Beta promoter settlements remain recorded, but no new PropertyLens purchase is available through a promoter page.
• We may suspend promoter pages or restrict accounts that manipulate referrals, create duplicate accounts, or abuse free service access.

Report Delivery and File Availability

Report generation time may vary. Completed reports may be emailed to the account email and made available for download in the user dashboard. Report files are normally retained for 7 days, and expired files may no longer be available.

Acceptable Use

You may not abuse, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell unauthorized access to, interfere with, or use the service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activities.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, permanent storage, or complete data coverage. Public data sources may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsightEstate.CA and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on informational reports or website content.
