These Terms of Service govern your access to InsightEstate.CA, including public real estate information pages, PropertyLens reports, account features, paid credits, subscriptions, and support services.
Use of the Service
You may use InsightEstate.CA for lawful personal, professional, or business research purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including property addresses and contact details.
Accounts and Authentication
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. We may use Clerk, Google OAuth, and related authentication providers to verify your identity and manage sessions.
PropertyLens Reports
PropertyLens reports are generated from public data, market analysis, automated research, and reasonable interpretation. Reports are provided for general informational and research purposes only.

InsightEstate.CA does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, real estate brokerage, appraisal, inspection, mortgage, or insurance advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making real estate, financial, or legal decisions.
Credits, Payments, and Subscriptions
- Report credits, packages, and subscriptions may be purchased through Stripe checkout.
- Credits are applied to eligible report generation requests and may be subject to plan rules shown at purchase.
- Prices, promotions, package size, subscription benefits, and availability may change over time.
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Refunds, failed payments, duplicate charges, or billing questions should be raised with customer support for review.
Promoter Pages and Referral Rewards
- Eligible Promoter accounts may create one public invitation page with a unique code, subject to availability and reserved-path restrictions.
- New members who sign up through an active promoter page may be classified as Estate Agent accounts and receive a total of 3 free report credits instead of the standard new-member welcome credit.
- Referral attribution is based on the valid referral link and cookie present during first account creation. Existing accounts are not eligible for retroactive referral credits.
- During the Beta promoter program, eligible referred spending may be reviewed manually and settled as report credits after a cooling period. Beta rewards are not immediate cash payouts and may be adjusted before formal launch.
- Estate Agent feedback bonuses are limited to one successful submission per account and may not be repeated, transferred, resold, or abused.
- We may suspend promoter pages, reverse abusive rewards where technically feasible, or restrict accounts that manipulate referrals, duplicate accounts, or misuse free credits.
Report Delivery and File Availability
Report generation time may vary. Completed reports may be emailed to the account email and made available for download in the user dashboard. Report files are normally retained for 7 days, and expired files may no longer be available.
Acceptable Use
You may not abuse, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell unauthorized access to, interfere with, or use the service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activities.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, permanent storage, or complete data coverage. Public data sources may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsightEstate.CA and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on informational reports or website content.
