• PropertyLens inputs such as property addresses, preferred report language, report level, generated report status, download activity, and related support messages.
• Payment and order information such as selected package, transaction status, Stripe checkout identifiers, invoice or subscription status, and credit balance changes. Full card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by InsightEstate.CA.
• Professional inquiry details if you submit a real estate professional trial or partnership form, including province, professional identity, brokerage, licence number if provided, website, and advisory interest.
• Promoter and referral information such as promoter application details, promoter page codes, referral attribution, invited member identifiers, account type, and related credit reward records.
• Estate Agent feedback form responses, including market or city served, report usage, comments, suggestions, contact permission, and related bonus credit status.
• Technical information such as device, browser, IP-derived region, log data, security events, and analytics events.

How We Use Information

• To create and secure your account, provide Google sign-in, manage sessions, and detect abuse.
• To generate, deliver, store, and allow temporary download of PropertyLens reports.
• To process purchases, subscriptions, credits, invoices, refunds, and payment-related support.
• To operate promoter invitation pages, attribute eligible Estate Agent sign-ups, display referral lists to the promoter who invited them, and manage related free-credit rewards.
• To review Estate Agent feedback, improve PropertyLens, send feedback notifications to our team, and grant eligible one-time feedback bonuses.
• To maintain service reliability, audit logs, fraud prevention, analytics, product improvement, and customer support.
• To communicate service updates, transactional emails, report completion notices, and responses to your inquiries.

Google User Data

• Access: If you choose Google sign-in, we access the basic Google account information returned by Google OAuth, such as your email address, name, profile image if available, and Google account identifier. We do not request Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google workspace content.
• Use: Google user data is used to authenticate you, create or link your InsightEstate.CA account, prevent duplicate accounts, protect account security, display account identity, manage report credits, generate and deliver PropertyLens reports, and provide support.
• Storage: The information may be stored in Clerk authentication records and InsightEstate.CA account, audit, order, report, and support records for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain transaction history, resolve disputes, protect security, or meet legal obligations.
• Sharing: We do not sell Google user data and do not use it for advertising. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate the service, such as Clerk for authentication, Google for OAuth, Cloudflare for hosting and infrastructure, Stripe for payments when applicable, and email or support providers for transactional communications. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the website and services, including Clerk for authentication, Google for OAuth sign-in and analytics services, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, security, D1 database, and storage infrastructure, Resend or email providers for transactional email, and AI or data-processing providers for report generation. These providers process information only as needed to support the service.

Report Files and Retention

Generated report files are intended for temporary access and are normally retained for 7 days unless otherwise required for troubleshooting, legal, security, or operational reasons. Account, order, audit, and ledger records may be retained longer to maintain transaction history and service integrity.

Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, authentication tokens, Google Analytics, Cloudflare analytics, referral cookies, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, attribute eligible promoter sign-ups, protect the service, measure traffic, and improve product experience.
